Ham? Well, yes, the "ambs" get a real boost in sales this time of year. I really don't know how those Ham stores survive the other seasons. Now they have cafe's in them. But how much ham and bean soup can you serve the nearby lunching worker?

I am making carrot raisin salad and the pictures show me that it looks as awful as it sounds but people go on and on about it being great, so we shall see what senses win this battle -- the eyes/ears or the taste buds.

But I am mostly looking forward to:
Cheesy Potatoes
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
More Cadbury Mini Eggs
