America has given you the best gift this year -- a great political season unfolding nicely right around your birthday.The years just keep clipping by, don’t they? You never seem to mind. Probably because you think you’ll live to see 120. So we can check the box on continued optimism.
This year, we had the summer of Cedar Point, you went crazy and bought a conversion van, and then you reached the goal of truly owning each of the cars in our modest fleet. You are architecting the Lewis Family Entertainment hub, succeeded wildly with camping kits, and are almost entirely the “idea / culture guy” you’ve always dreamed of being at SageRock. You saw Indy off to school and are now “super cool” – earning lots of “Mommy Go Away” time.
You’ve been a huge source of joy to me as usual, and I’m really appreciating spending more time together again now that Indy is older. People wonder how we spend so much time together at work and home. I have so much fun with you! I would hate to see any less of you.
Thanks for another amazing year. Your life is a gift to so many. Let’s see what you do with 37!

You make being the die hard optimist I am easy.
I'm pretty excited about 37. It feels like a "in-the-thick-of-it" kind of year. In a good way, though.
