I am 16 days into a 32 day Weight Watchers diet. Got on the scale for the first time today and TahDah! I am exactly half way through the weight loss I had hoped for. Since when does stuff just work like that?!? Well, I guess it's not rocket science . . . Eat Less = Weigh Less. I guess with all the crappy convoluted advice I hear about eating and shedding pounds, I just expected it to be more complicated.
